I first came to the United States as a visiting student from Taiwan in 1992. I attended Capital University for my undergraduate degree, I then obtained my M.A. at OSU in 1996. After graduating from OSU, I spent 12 years in the mortgage banking industry. I have been a Columbus resident since leaving my home country of Taiwan. I love Columbus not only because it is an ideal Midwest city for raising a family, but it is also my new hometown.

 My interest in real estate began to blossom over 10 years ago. My husband and I became involved with investment properties (in Grandview, Upper Arlington and Hilliard) after the purchase of our first home. My background in mortgage underwriting made me the home buying guru among my friends and family. Referrals from friends started to ask for my assistance in locating homes, negotiating prices and explaining different financing options. I enjoy listening to their concerns and providing more than 'just answers' to their questions. I also enjoy sharing my home purchasing experiences. One of my unique skills is that I am able to use my bilingual abilities in English\Mandarin to help many of my Asian clients who are not familiar with the 'American real estate buying process'.
